  2. Export auditing

    CRM Live 2023.3 got the option to alert users of the mobile app when a user exports more than 500 address book records or opportunities.

    The alert on the mobile looks something like "User Bob exported 1000 rows from the address book list"

    a couple of questions
    - why doesn't it also alert for customer service cases being exported?
    - why only alert when more than 500 records are exported? Could this be selectable by the user?

    In some scenarios more audit level information would be useful, ideally who exported what and when.

  3. Print funtion on (new) phone , sms, chat.

    When the new timeline fuctions were released for use, I feel that the print function was missed on these items. Specifically the New Phone call , sms, and chat action items. I use this phone call one over the old one as I can set the time. However I am unable to print these notes for compliance when requested.

  4. Remove mandatory contact name and contact record for lead to company conversion

    We use the FA version and work in a very niche market. We enter prospective clients into Leads but we use other procedures and processes for tracking and monitoring, so our use of the program is largely to hold very specific information on active clients. The manner in which we tailored the design of the fields we added and how the layout would be structured was based on what we wanted and needed using the flexibility allowed by the program.   5. Leads in Calendar

    When creating a new appointment, I feel your leads list should be available along with your contact list. The only way to set an appointment with a lead is to move to the leads module, find the individual and add an appointment. It's extra steps that take more time to complete.

    I am in the Financial Planning Industry and for compliance purposes we are required to include all NOTES , EMAILS, Etc. Unfortunately we are not able to Print to PDF all the INTERACTIONS which include phone calls, emails, etc. I hope that this is going to change as I cannot select thousands of Interactions one by one to provide to compliance. I use the NOTEs to print the log, but it does not contain all the same details (summarized) as the INTERACTIONS.

  7. Interactions printed out like the old note report

    The note report was perfect in the past as I could select one customer and print the detailed note to forward to a manager with all the customer details such as address, email and phone included. It was what I used before Interactions feature was added. I do like the interaction feature as this makes it easier to log the calls, but I need to generate the details for one specific customer to send to my manager. I really need this ability instead of copying and pasting my interaction to notes it is redundant to have to do this extra…

  8. "See" Password

    Please add the feature to "See" password when typing it. Client has blocked herself so many time over 3 days and keep having to reset because you are not able to see your password when typing it in.

  9. Bring back Edit mode in address book

    I cant believe you have removed this feature.
    The workflow of double clicking ANYWHERE in the bottom half of the details area was much faster for us that the current update. We don’t like having to click the specific pencil button to edit. Prefer to have it edit when we click on a field.

  10. Ideally, I would like to be able to assign tasks to multipe stores/companies for multiple users.

  11. Syncing with outlook

    Syncing with outlook - I would like to be able to only have certain events synced from my outlook calendar. For example, I could tag phone calls, zoom and in office meetings - then have only those events synced. It would de clutter my calendar

  12. search task with using partial names

    When attaching a client name to a task, the 'task with' search function requires the full last name to be typed. It would be great if it could use partial names or better yet, start showing the potential contact names while you're typing...similar to the global search feature (which is great btw) Thank you.

  13. Search records without open hotlist task

    We have a client who maintains action plans on all client records. Mostly the end of the action plan prompts the user to make a new action plan but sometimes in the rush of work that step is missed and the client ends up with no open/future tasks. We could not find a way to search for all clients who have no incomplete tasks. We tried in the hotlist itself but the volume timed it out. We tried in the address book with an Interactions search but this does not discern between completed and incomplete. So, we need a new…

  14. Send one or mass email from Hotlist or Tasks

    In the past we were able to mass email directly from the hotlist. Within MaxLive I must move to the address book to email. This breaks up my workflow badly. Please add this feature back to Hotlist and add it to Tasks.

  15. Make complete item in drop-down field appear

    Currently, the drop-down field of a table UDF in a Key Fieds set is too short to see the complete text of an item. Please adjust such that either the field is wider or the complete text of the item pops up. Checking and unchecking the items is inefficient. (From Rick Bofinger/Jerico Financial)

  16. Change an appt to recurring after it is booked

    Appts are only allowed to be recurring at the time of booking. If I go in and try to make an appt recurring it is not allowed. The recurring arrow is not available after the appt is created....it should be. Often appts change to needing recurrence after the fact

  17. next appointment

    If a calendar appt or task is completed without re-opening it, there is a pop up message to book the next appt or hotlist task. However, if you open the appt and change the notes and then check the box (while appt is open) to say it's complete then the pop up for the next appt does NOT appear. It would be good if that next appt/task pop up would appear in all situations and also carry the note forward so you don't have to retype it or copy/paste it.

  20. Apply household information to contact view

    Allow fields from the household to carry down to the contact level. The same way that a household address applies to all contacts, apply this to UDFs as well.
