weekends not showing on phone app
the weekends don' t show on the phone app and customer service says it is by design....??
I would like to state this is flawed thinking. This possibly works from an employee mentality point of view but if “ANY” of your users are self employed they will find this annoying at best. We don’t work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Many people don’t work M-F either and their weekends could be different anyway. Why would you have a feature that clearly allows me to check off the days that I want to have included and then overwrite it with the inability to show “your” weekend choice? Lastly, wouldn’t you have more usage of the program if you provided maximum flexibility? The idea should be to provide enough flexibility to everyone so they solely use Maximizer as their calendar for everything. You should want people to use your program as much as possible, be as reliant on it as possible to ensure you never lose that business because clients are so used to using Maximizer alone.
And this explanation doesn’t sound right anyway because the web program doesn’t block weekends. The web program works just fine and shows the days I want to see (all of them) so there must be some other reason the phone app doesn’t work properly.
Many people really dislike having to use multiple calendars (work vs personal) and I am one of those people that want Maximizer to be my sole calendar….please allow us to choose our own workdays and have the phone app work the same way as the web app.
Either something is incorrect about the explanation provided or someone is clearly not thinking like an user…I may only come into the office on weekends but I want to be able to choose which days I want to see or not see….like the program is designed. Thank you for your consideration.
