An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Deborah, thank you for your feedback. If you have the administrator right, you can edit the items in Category and Result drop-down. If you don't have the right, ask your administrator to make the changes. Go to the left navigation bar > Administration > Settings. In Settings screen, go to Interactions > System Fields where you can customize the items in Category and Result drop-down.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi John, thank you for providing feedback. You can open the case from the Global Search screen. Simply clicking the case will open a pop-up where you can see the details about the case and its timeline. You can edit the case or perform actions against the case.

Logging notes will be added back into the product.

Based on the feedback from our users, we will put the logging notes back into the product in our July release. So you can continue working the same way as before. We will continue improving the search functions, but I am not aware of removing any search function in the last release. Can you provide more details about the search issue? Thank you

need to look into a notification/event server to coordinate with the mobile stores so that user are not inundated with repeat notifications and lose there purpose and appeal

2022r1 will have access to the company library
An error occurred while saving the comment Great suggestion! as soon as the mobile app is able to access the document library through the API, we'll get that to you.
Having the ability to access your content (pricing sheets, brochures, etc) and then send them to your contacts/leads/opportunities while on the road is a necessary function of the business.
This will be available with document management which is on our roadmap.

An error occurred while saving the comment definitely has been considered, it is on the roadmap. i couldn't agree with you more. the contacts that you are actively dealing with will be on the phone and should be in the CRM (and vice versa)

- inconsistent results between WebAccess and the Mobile app have been improved
- currently working on retrieving search catalogs in the mobile app
- saving mobile searches back to webaccess is not on the roadmap

the ability to save searches back to the web client is planned later when the API supports that. we will allow searches created in the web client to be executed on the phone soon -

Work on mobile access is no longer a part of our strategy.
UDF's keep there order in the keyfield groups on displaying of the record
Adding UDF's to a search are sorted alphabetically

no work is being done on mobile web access. all efforts are focused on the native app

An error occurred while saving the comment Intriguing concept. I would assume they would want to copy everything linked/attached/etc except the date would change and the time would change if they pasted it on a time slot.

An error occurred while saving the comment We'll take a look and see what's involved with making that happen. We do take your data seriously and our cloud server has redundancy systems in place to ensure that your data remains intact and safe. I like the idea of a restore point as well.
