FA Edition: Auto sum multiple account values into a single "user defined field"
FA edition. Would like the capability to auto sum the "account amount" value of multiple contracts into a single "user defined field. For example 1 household could have 4 separate investment contracts under the Accounts tab and it would be helpful if the value of all of those accounts could be fed into a single data line in "user defined fields" and for the dashboard widgets.

Sales Intelligence - Category Filter
Sales Intelligence has useful reports, but it would be useful to have additional filters available. Specifically, the 'Category' field would be useful in the Sales Management Report (or any other report if possible).

Interactions - second sorting option
It would be great if we had the ability to sort interactions by two options, for example: first sort it by category then sort by date.
As far as we can tell, we can only sort by one selection. If we are not sorting by date the subject tab gets sorted alphabetically.

Leads - hide 'Do Not Create Opportunity' option
In the Leads module, when converting an entry to the Address Book there is an option to create an Opportunity at the same time.
There is also a checkbox available for 'Do Not Create Opportunity'.
It would be useful if there was an option available to Administrators to hide this option.
While I can understand having the option there, some companies have a sales process that requires having an Opportunity made - and having an option to not do so might encourage bad working practices.
Having the option to hide this wouldn't remove the functionality, but would suit companies that…

Mobile App calendar Week view does not show weekends
Currently in Mobile App, the Calendar's Week view does not show weekends. Only the Month view shows weekends. Change it such that the Week view shows weekends.

Calendar switch to Day View in Mobile App
Right now in the Mobile App, in the Month view, you tap on a day and it either goes to "Add Appointment" or it opens an existing appointment. Instead, have it go to the Day view so that we can see other appointments on that day. We can then decide to see existing appointments or add new ones.

Could you please implement the ability to trigger and automatic email from a template when an end user submits a web form?

Hosted web forms
Please change lead forms to a link to a Maximizer server hosted form that allows us to update existing clients or add new clients if they don't exist. Other cloud-based CRMs offer this functionality. It is much easier for marketing purposes as it doesn't require web administration involvement.
Our company would like to create a subscription list for clients that would like notifications about software updates. The current webforms in Maximizer are not suitable.

Please offer simple subscription management fields for contacts and xcompanies, such as "newsletter", "product updates", etc. with some custom user fields.

Clear option for Date Field
An button option within the calendar icon to clear the date selected would be good. Backspacing or deleting has had very inconsistent results, including some dates that refuse to clear after multiple attempts to delete them (this was already documented and sent to an escalated technical support agent and it was deemed as unable to be fixed.) A button to clear/remove date it would be an acceptable alternative solution.

Copy contacts from one business to another.
We have central organizing contacts that work at multiple businesses, but Max won't give us any way to copy a contact or their details to a different business. Just has to be manually added with all the details every time.

Shortcuts for AddressBook and UDFs
Shortcuts to have more mobility specifically within the AddressBook such as:
ctrl-f - to find something within the page of results without having to reorganize them.
Home - top of page
End - Bottom of page
Page up/Page downAlso within the UDFs, there's an inability to get between the different fields. Enter causes havoc at times, but a simple TAB option would solve it.
Optional if you want it, but the inability to move around the areas we use the most has seriously diminished the use of the product.

more than 3 emails for a contact
I'd like to be able to add more than 3 emails to the 'basic' fields for a contact (in the same manner as we are able to alternate addresses) without having to create a 'UDF'. I'd like the additional emails to have the same options available (i.e. opt-in/out, category selections and make default email).

creating and connecting contacts to a company
There should be an easier and more intuitive way to quickly create a company record and then a subset of contacts to be under that umbrella company. Have UDFs flow through to the company section for those contacts like company web, company address, etc but then I can add personal contact info for them separately
Also, if I want to connect a contact to a company, there should be an easier way to simply choose which company to connect them together1 vote -
MS Teams and Maximizer Scheduling
Currently, when scheduling video conference appointments, I set up a date/time in Maximizer. The appointment is linked to a contact. I then email my contact through Outlook at ask for a Teams meeting. Maximizer and Outlook are synced. When I review the Outlook or Maximizer calendar I have 2 appointments for the same time/date. The subject line of each appointment is different because of how I entered the information into the appointment request. I would like to see only one appointment in the Maximizer or Outlook calendar.

Global Edit Catalog
In Global Edit, I would like to be able to save (to a catalog) my 'field' & 'rule' selections so I can reuse them over and over again for different groupings of contacts that I want to add different 'values' to.

please change back the add a document feature
The add a document feature has changed so that now I have to take an extra step. After adding my document I now have to go into properties and change the category and add my descriptions.
Previously I would click on add a document and the properties box would open where I would do everything in the one box including attaching the document. I can not see any reason at all why you would change that. An upgrade should improve a function.1 vote -
Cleanup tools from the Windows Admin in CRM Live
The old on-premise Windows Admin tool has a number of features that are useful when needing to clean up a Maximizer database, these tools are missing at the moment and there is no workaround.
These include
- Reports > User Defined Fields
- Reports > Address Book Summary
- File > Purge Notes

My Work Day Screen Task list reorder
At the moment the Tasks listed on the MWD screen are showing the oldest at the top. I'd much rather have them listed in the opposite order as staying on top of & achieving todays tasks is my daily priority, then I work down through any older ones.
I also have a whole lot of totally non-urgent, mainly personal tasks that currently always appear at the top which would be much better being down the list.
The option could either be the ability to toggle the order on the MWD screen, but ideally an option added to the Advanced Settings…3 votes
