Improve creating a case on the mobile access
When you create a case through the mobile access, you need 3 screens to complete the creation of a case. First a screen with the description. Then the screen with Products and Categories and other keyfields. For the Products and Categories you have to select a modify option on the menu button. E.g. you show the Description, Status, Products and Categories on the first screen. You can select a product through a dropdown (instead of a menu option). Second screen all the Keyfields. Users do not create a case through mobile access because of the many steps to take when inserting all the options.
