You can create a custom field (UDF) and then set it to True or False. Then using Advanced Search you can filter whether to show entries based on this custom field (UDF).

Work on mobile access is no longer a part of our strategy. allowing for column setups to be displayed in the mobile app is not not available at this time.
Within the app, we do allow for you to select up 5 additional fields to be displayed within the lists of the main modules

We get more and more customers who have a need for 2FA or MFA. E.g. In health care business this is one of the mandatory demands on a database application.
