Work on mobile access is no longer a part of our strategy. allowing for column setups to be displayed in the mobile app is not not available at this time.
Within the app, we do allow for you to select up 5 additional fields to be displayed within the lists of the main modules

We are committed to making Maximizer work for both public cloud (CRM LIve) and private cloud (on premise). The only way to make that work is through API’s. We use the API’s ourselves so will continue to evolve them. Please use the dev.connect forum to ask any questions about the API’s if you need more insights to help do the work that you need to do

An error occurred while saving the comment Caroline Robertson commentedYou also need to add Position, Department and Division to the Address Book merge field list. You should also have User First Name, User Last Name, User Position, User Email etc. like you can in the windows so that templates can be managed centrally and added to the Company Library.
Currently any client on a purely hosted solution will not have adequate mail merge functionality.

This version of Maximizer is no longer supported
An error occurred while saving the comment Caroline Robertson commentedI agree. When I was previously a Solutions Architect, I was often advising clients to keep their Outlook account as small as possible and to avoid using the Email window where at all possible. I would suggest that most Maximizer BPs take the following approach so it is vital that there is a configuration to turn it off, a major improvement exercise and/or continued improvement in the Outlook Maximizer toolbar.

An error occurred while saving the comment Caroline Robertson commentedI agree. The Products/Services managed in the Administrator that are linked to Customer Service Cases and Opportunities should also be out of the box at the Address Book level (Companies and Individuals). It should be a multi select picklist to enable users to tick all Products/Services that a Address Book has bought/used. I can't believe that it isn't there already.

Rather than create this ourselves at the moment, our Professional Services team is able to integrate Maximizer with your inventory management ERP.

We use Opportunities and Cases avidly so our clients can have many of each entity against them. When dealing with cases in particular, it is easier to be able to search/view the Case Number to identify the specific Case you want to save the email against. It is nigh on impossible to find the case if it is already in the list returned.
Either of the options above would work as a solution.
