I agree Jim. Has anyone else not thought this is a problem since 2015? I just started using Opportunities/ Accounts and the first email notice my assistant received had this useless string of info on it. Having a choice would be best but client name and type of opportunity would be a good start for a default. This would seem a simple fix.
