consolidate system field menus
Right now some of the menus to change system fields are in the Administration>administrator menu under preferences, and others are in the Administration>settings menu It would be nice if all of the system fields were in the same place

Set Yes/No fields as Mandatory based on formula
It would be helpful to be able to set Yes/No fields as Mandatory based on Rule instead of always mandatory on/off.

Print funtion on (new) phone , sms, chat.
When the new timeline fuctions were released for use, I feel that the print function was missed on these items. Specifically the New Phone call , sms, and chat action items. I use this phone call one over the old one as I can set the time. However I am unable to print these notes for compliance when requested.

I am in the Financial Planning Industry and for compliance purposes we are required to include all NOTES , EMAILS, Etc. Unfortunately we are not able to Print to PDF all the INTERACTIONS which include phone calls, emails, etc. I hope that this is going to change as I cannot select thousands of Interactions one by one to provide to compliance. I use the NOTEs to print the log, but it does not contain all the same details (summarized) as the INTERACTIONS.

Include Address fields in the Duplicate Check!
Our database is filled with the addresses of the homes of our clients. But people move and there is a new owner. Since we are a home repair company, our concern is keeping all information related to that address in one spot. Whenever someone calls in we search the address but when things are busy, this step sometimes get missed and we end up with duplicate address book entries. Including the Address Fields in the Duplicate Check would prevent this for the most part.

Interactions - Meeting Attendees
If an Interaction involves several people, it would be useful to say who attended.
For example, if I have a video call and a number of people attended, I would like to be able to pick them from the list of contacts on the company/individual record as having attended, and for this to be visible on the resulting interaction record.

Merging with Microsoft Word
It would logical if merging Maximizer contacts with Microsoft Word would create one document. Merging 50 contacts creates 50 word doc !!

Empty List upon Opening a Maximizer.
There is a major frustration of ALL new clients I spoke with. They do not understand why their Maximizer List is Empty and where to look
There is clearly a need to have a Flash Form or some sort of Pointer to the View -> All Entries...
It could be done with a java script displaying an arrow to the Menus...
or a Flash form containing Menu Item for View (we can make a checkbox not to show next time) (This is probably the easiest to implement)Second;

Opportunities - changing Stage should trigger mandatory field check
Currently, when changing Stage on the Details tab of an Opportunity it doesn't technically open the record for editing and therefore doesn't trigger any checks for Mandatory fields.
The suggestion is to alter this behaviour so that setting the Stage does trigger a check for mandatory fields.

Add Hotlist task Category field to column view
The Category field in Hotlist tasks is a very useful field but is not available to add to Column views in Hotlist. For users with a large number of tasks outstanding the ability to sort their list by Category would be extremely helpful.

Bulk Hotlist Task Set up
It would be great if you could select multiple individuals and schedule individual hotlist tasks (all for the same time), all at once rather than having to go to each one and schedule individually.

Client Logo on login screen
Please add the ability to change the
clients login screen with their own company logo.

Highlighting following tab if data is present beneath it
Can you highlight the tabs in the following windows, if there are any data behind them.
E.g. if there are opps or cs cases or notes or documents, then show the title of the respective tab in bold or perhaps with a background color, so the user can see there are items in there without having to click it.
This used to be the case somewhat in the old windows client with opps and cs cases in the following window on the bottom left, I seem to recall.

New 'User' UDF Type
Addition of a 'User' UDF type that is basically a table of all current Maximizer users in the organization. We have several UDFs that contain users, such as 'Recruiter', 'First Contact Person', 'Last Contact Person', etc. When adding a new user to Maximizer, an administrator must also go to each of those UDF tables and add the new user to that table. If we could have a UDF type that just always contains all users in the organization, it would help remove that redundancy. Thank you!

Individualized Campaign Start Dates
I would like to be able to create campaigns with a flexible start date. For example, when a client receives an estimate and is added to the campaign, the campaign starts at the beginning for that client.
Or, after a client signs a contract, a campaign could be used to send information to them at specific times prior to the project starting.
Another vital use would be to assign a campaign to send follow up emails after a project has been completed.
And being able to assign it to from an opportunity would be ideal.

Please move phone calls back to the notes section
Please move phone calls back to the notes section, so all emails, calls etc. are in one section. Having the phone calls in the interactions tab is not ideal when I am looking for certain things.

Share link to address book entry, opportunity, customer service case or other via email
It would be nice to be able to send a link to a fellow user that would take them directly to an entry instead of having to make them search for it themselves. Such as when a client calls and reception emails sales about the call, they could include a link that would open on their phone, tablet or computer and after logging in, go directly to the entry.
