Lots of recipients in To field workaround
The current character limit is currently 2000 characters. if you have 50+ recipients in the To field, saving to maximizer fails. I would like to see either the character limit increased, or an option in the app to not include the other recipients.
The current way around this is to forward the email to yourself which shortens the To field back to one recipeint, but is a lot of work for many emails3 votes -

more than 3 emails for a contact
I'd like to be able to add more than 3 emails to the 'basic' fields for a contact (in the same manner as we are able to alternate addresses) without having to create a 'UDF'. I'd like the additional emails to have the same options available (i.e. opt-in/out, category selections and make default email).

A preview the email before being sent out.
Often times the delivery format is different and when using merged fields they might not be filled out correctly/changed/missing.

bulk saving old emails, syncing with Maximizer, when using the new version of Outlook
I am using the new version of Outlook. Maximizer will not allow me to 'bulk save' old emails, I can save emails 1 by 1 per client!!! However, this functionality exists for users who are using the old version of Outlook. I would like the same functionality.

ability to use email templates on the mobile ap. It would be a real help!
The mobile app would be far more helpful if I were able to pull templates into outgoing emails while on the road with my phone.

Search Company in Maximizer Connect add in
The financial services industry and others actually regularly save emails to Company records and not specific contacts. A lot of companies we deal with actually save emails to Company records. Not being able to save to company in a toolbar that is otherwise excellent is a gap in functionality.

Maximizer Cloud "undeliverable email" message
I was showing a client how to create templates for use in the Maximizer Email Editor yesterday. She sent me an email and I never received it! Turned out that the email address she had for me in her Maximizer CRM Live was slightly wrong.
I asked her if she had received an "undeliverable email" message and she said no!
I tried it myself later on ... and I also received no message back that the email could not be delivered.
I searched in https://docs.maximizer.com/home/en-us/ for "undeliverable emails". No joy!
Any reason why users aren't warned if their emails are…

Email delay on hotlist task
Implement a delay on email when a task is created – if the task is for a week or so out – the email gets sent when processing occurs - near time.
We would prefer to be able to assign a task and send an email closer to the date the task is required to be completed.

Outlook integration
The ability to move an email from one contact to another contact, including between company and contact and household. As of right now you have to go back to your email, locate the email and add it to the correct file, then delete it from the incorrect file. If someone else sent the email, then there is nothing you can do.

One-way contact Synchronization to Gmail Address Book
Either:
- each contact or other address book has an "add/update to gmail" button. it updates the contact with a "maximizer label in gmail". I do this manually.- the above but for a favorites list or some other query. Anything in the list replaces contact in gmail when I press the synchronize button. It happens only manually.
Or even a button for each address book entry (worse than above but workable) — make vcard for contact entry. it etiher downloads to my desktop or you email it to me or something.
Why do I want this?
Because I use google…

Email Campaigns need tracking clocks and replies
At this moment the email campaign are tracking only opens and unsubscribes. But more important is having the clicks tracked since they show the level of interest too. The replies need to be tracked also for better accountability.

Move phone calls and emails back to notes sections
Phone calls and emails need to be moved back from interactions to the notes tab as it is no longer possible to all of your manual notes with emails and phone calls...

Indicate inbound/outbound emails in Interactions
Right now in Interactions, you can differentiate between inbound and outbound calls. Please incorporate a feature to differentiate between inbound and outbound emails.

Autosignature handling
Using autosignatures is great, enabling you to share email templates for consistency in appearance from all users, EXCEPT for 1 thing. When you choose to change to a template that is not set as your default, it replaces the default message template with the new one, BUT DOES NOT reattach the autosignature. The end rersult is that you have to have multiple personalised templates for everything else other than the default standard template - the same issue you have if not using autosignatures - very stupid & frustrating!

1 voteSince we introduced interactions, emails will not be saved to notes. All emails will categorized as interactions.

increase the email save with attachments to greater than 10 mb
Please increase the email save with attachments to greater than 10 mb. It should at least be as much as the document download limit of 50 mb.

Ability to add fellow Maximizer users to an email being sent to a client
When sending emails to clients through Maximizer, there is no functionality to include a fellow user as recipient. You have to remember and then type the full email address. There is no way to search for users and add them as CC or BCC.
Please add this so we can work easier as a team.
