Hide basic fields
Allow users a 'hide' option to all system fields in all modules (First Name, Department, Products/Services, etc.). If the field is set to hidden, the field would not display in the entry dialog. Many clients complain about the fact that we have near total ability to customize key fields and no ability to customize the basic fields.

Create a web link that goes directly to an address book entry when some is logged in
When a client calls in and the message is emailed to the estimator. It would be ideal to be able to include a link that would allow the recipient to click and be taken directly to that entry. Obviously they would have to logged into max already or be directed to the login page and then once logged in, still be taken to the entry. This would save mobile users from having to search for entries and dealing with the spelling of names etc.

2FA or MFA Support
I'm quite surprised that Maximizer doesn't even have this as a current idea.
Most web based systems have some form of 2 factor authentication.
I would like to see Maximizer follow suit so we can leverage something like DUO - https://duo.com or even Google Authentication for tighter security around our CRM logins.

leads two pane
The leads module should present two panes as in the address book (and the rest of the CRM). Specifically, we want to keep the leads list view at the top and add a details/notes/docs/activities widget format at the bottom. Much better for speed and reducing clicks.

Combined Companies: no audit, and opportunity audit fields altered
When combining a company, the opportunities lose their original created date and user. As well, there is no specific note regarding the merge process that took place. The original creator and data information are very important and should not be changed when a company is merged.

Adjust the limit of 20 entries to show on the on the open street map option in Maximizer
It would be very usefull for our customers to have the limit of 20 entries to show on the on the open street map option in Maximizer raised to 100+ entries.

Combine Entries: add privilege, simplify and speed up
Make Combine Entries a privilege in Access Rights and simplify and speed up by doing a direct move of data, abandoning the existing copy and delete scheme. At the moment Combine Entries has a copy and delete scheme - copy the data then delete the original. but this complicates the process unnecessarily, and under-the-bonnet a direct move of data (i.e. change the ClientId / ContactNumber, etc.) should be a lot simpler and faster. What's the point of copying? To provide a safety net? We already have one! If the Combine Entries was a wrong action then duplicate the…

UDF Report
The Reports that were in the Administrator are not available in the Web Access ie Address Book Summary & UDF Report. They should be! And the list of UDF's in the web access Setup UDF's screens should include extra columns to show details such as what level they apply ie Company, Contact, Individual, whether they are Single or multi value tables etc.

Add Make Selected List Current option to right click menu
This would be a great little addition to save time for users - tick multiple entries, right click on the address book and have the ability to make the selected list current - many other Edit Menu items are available but this one is missing.

Saving an email to an Opp in Outlook is hard to choose between Opps from one company.
In Outlook integration when saving an email to an opp: Changing the column setup will only make it easier to find the company/contact from the opportunity. But on the next fase it is hard to choose an opportunity when the Objective is always e.g. Upsell. It is hard to make the opportunities within a company differ from each other. Please make this customizable or add description to the screen.

Copy note from one entry to another entry
We would like to see an option to transfer a note or multiple notes to an other entry. E.g. a note from an company to an opportunity, other company, individual etc.

'Print All' Button in History & Audit Tabs
We need the ability to 'print all' items displayed in the History and Audit Tab.
In History you can print the individual entries but not in a single report.
The Audit tab has no print options at all.This is becoming a requirement due to clients needing to create reports under the data protection act.

Duration in business days
The new duration field would be more useful to banking and business users if the concept of business days + skip weekends + skip holidays were taken into account. We often have a process which initiates on a date and then other deliverables are due after business days, weekends and holidays are accounted for. The present system only accounts for days.

Add a difference in activities for Tasks and appointments
Add a way to see the difference between a Task and an Appointment in the activities Tab.
This could be done with an icon or a color rule.

Note reports sort options
At this moment when you run a note report on the addressbook records that are listed in the Addressbook, a report will be shown that will sort all the notes on Last name of the contacts. Usefull if you search for a note related to a certain contact. But not usefull if you only know the company name.
On creating a Notes report it is very usefull that the user can change the sorting order. (Companyname, last name, creation date etc.)

Outlook addin doesn't see past 1st email address on record
When composing a new email in outlook, if you switch to the maximizer addin, and click the 'Add Maximizer Addresses' button in order to add emails, when you search for records this only returns the first email against the record. Please add support for the other email addresses stored against records.

Link to a local or shared document on the network Webaccess
We would like to link a formula field to a file on the network. In the windows application of Maximizer it is possible to Set a file link in the formula field as a hyperlink. That is working as it supposed to work. But in the webaccess the hyperlink option adds http in front of the formula. We would like to see the option <Set as link> next to the <Set as hyperlink> option on creating UDF's. So it just copies the real link into the browser/explorer of windows, without adding http to it.

"Transfer Address Book entries" button on WebAccess
We are using different databases for our different subs. We need to transfer address book records between databases but this feature is not available in WebAccess.

Preference for Date Format in Maximizer Web Access
In the Maximizer CRM Windows Client, users can choose whether all dates in Maximizer are displayed as Long (4 January 2016) or Short (4/1/16) under Setup > Preferences > Format.
However, this preference doesn't appear to exist in Maximizer CRM 2016 Web Access, and if you change this preference in the Windows Access, it doesn't reflect in the Web Access.
Please add this functionality to Maximizer CRM Web Access in future versions? Thanks
