Clear option for Date Field
An button option within the calendar icon to clear the date selected would be good. Backspacing or deleting has had very inconsistent results, including some dates that refuse to clear after multiple attempts to delete them (this was already documented and sent to an escalated technical support agent and it was deemed as unable to be fixed.) A button to clear/remove date it would be an acceptable alternative solution.

Shortcuts for AddressBook and UDFs
Shortcuts to have more mobility specifically within the AddressBook such as:
ctrl-f - to find something within the page of results without having to reorganize them.
Home - top of page
End - Bottom of page
Page up/Page downAlso within the UDFs, there's an inability to get between the different fields. Enter causes havoc at times, but a simple TAB option would solve it.
Optional if you want it, but the inability to move around the areas we use the most has seriously diminished the use of the product.

Global Edit Catalog
In Global Edit, I would like to be able to save (to a catalog) my 'field' & 'rule' selections so I can reuse them over and over again for different groupings of contacts that I want to add different 'values' to.

Cleanup tools from the Windows Admin in CRM Live
The old on-premise Windows Admin tool has a number of features that are useful when needing to clean up a Maximizer database, these tools are missing at the moment and there is no workaround.
These include
- Reports > User Defined Fields
- Reports > Address Book Summary
- File > Purge Notes

"See" Password
Please add the feature to "See" password when typing it. Client has blocked herself so many time over 3 days and keep having to reset because you are not able to see your password when typing it in.

Bring back Edit mode in address book

I cant believe you have removed this feature.
The workflow of double clicking ANYWHERE in the bottom half of the details area was much faster for us that the current update. We don’t like having to click the specific pencil button to edit. Prefer to have it edit when we click on a field.6 votes -
Move the Delete option from it's close proximity to the Add & Print options on the Notes tab
(& potentially other following tabs), and/or stop the Delete option having the default action of Enter to acknowledge, and/or provide an ability to Undo an accidental deletion.
A client has meant to print a note, clicked on the wrong option & then hit Enter, which is the default for deletion3 votes -

We need ability to jump from Opp Viewer to Contact list using PopUp Action menu, similar to Opportunities window.

project management
We have used Maximizer for 25-30(?) years to win Sales.
For 20(?) odd years we have managed our deliverables (once we have won the Sale) using Customer Service (CS).
Cust Serv works well but a modified version integrated with the(a) Calendar would produce a Project Management Module.
Every Maximizer Client needs to do something, process a property sale, manage a share portfolio, build a Water Tank (in our case)...?
Those who can afford an ERP might not use Maximizer but the rest of us need a Project/Process Managment program, why not very simply incorporate it into Maximizer? Happy to show…12 votes -
Quick search
After the upgrade to the 2023 R2 version, the quick search now adds to the list when you select from the drop down list and it replaces the list when you search from scratch for a new entry and not picking from the list.
The search should not work this way - it should replace the current list with your search result no matter what you do. That is how all quick searches work (take Google search for an example). Need a way to view email image attachments in Maximizer
. I am working from home and connecting with my constituents (clients) by phone and email only. I need to send documents to them for signature and have them sign and send back to me.
Many of them do not have computers, or printer/scanners so they will take a photo of the signed document to send to me. Many of these documents are larger in size than the system will allow to be imported to a case file. I have learned that I can import the email with attachment to Maximizer file but I cannot view the attachment from within…6 votes -
Time a Task - convert to an Interaction
Currently, the 'Time a Task' feature is a simple Note, and the timer details appear in the body of the Note.
However, this means that if you are using the Consolidated Timeline Report, the duration of the Notes doesn't appear in the Duration column of the report - it stays just in the body of the Note.
I would suggest changing this feature so that it is a fully fledged interaction, and can therefore be included more fully in reports.

MaxDocs
The new MaxDocs browsing experience browses away from the main Maximizer UI. This is not helpful if you want to easily refer back to a function, feature or window in Maximizer while browsing MaxDocs.

Highlight only missed required fields and not all required fields
Currently, if a required UDF is not filled in, all the required UDF fields are highlighted with a red outline.
It would be so much easier for users to have only missed ones highlighted.
Better yet, to have the missed fields brought to the top of the list just like it does when the required field is in another key field tab.
if you have a Tab with almost 100 fields, it is aggravating to the user to try and find the missed field.

Multi-user interactions
We often do multi-user video meetings and want to save the call history to an interaction for each of them. It would be very helpful to be able to global edit an interaction or introduce a multi-user list (like the appointment dialog) so we can save this record multiple times with one entry.

Timeline - Option to include future activities
The timeline is a great tool however would really like the option to also show future activities in this list. We have multiple contract employees dealing with new clients for training sessions so the timeline being able to show all upcoming appointments would be great to see at a glance instead of having to run a report every time.
Something as simple as an option to include future entries would be sufficient.

HTML editor for non-campaign emails
Please add an HTML tab to the Compose Email dialog, similar to the campaign email editor.
Currently items like redirect links are hard to use as you cannot use the link editor to change the visible text (as it removes spaces from the "[...]" breaking it), an HTML editor would fix this issue, and make other changes to the outgoing email and it's functionality possible.3 votes -
Rollout of Quick Access search icons to users/groups.
Please add a method to rollout Quick Access icons/searches to multiple users.
Currently if you create a common Quick Access search (eg account number), the quick access icon needs manually installing by each user individually.5 votes -

When assigning a new UDF to a listing, the program nicely narrows your search as you add characters. It DOES NOT do that when you go to search by UDF. If you added that, it would be much more streamlined.

I cannot see the description of UDF's when adding a new listing. Many of my UDF's are long. For instance Manufacturer, commercial refrigeration and Manufacturer, commercial. I can only see "Manufacturer". Please let me see the whole description.
