  2. Recurring tasks added to client's activity tab

    Right now, when setting up a recurring task for a client, it only shows in the task list. We need the recurring task to show up under the client's activity tab so when we view the client's information, we can see what is coming up!

  4. Maximizer Cloud "undeliverable email" message

    I was showing a client how to create templates for use in the Maximizer Email Editor yesterday. She sent me an email and I never received it! Turned out that the email address she had for me in her Maximizer CRM Live was slightly wrong.

    I asked her if she had received an "undeliverable email" message and she said no!

    I tried it myself later on ... and I also received no message back that the email could not be delivered.

    I searched in https://docs.maximizer.com/home/en-us/ for "undeliverable emails". No joy!

    Any reason why users aren't warned if their emails are…

  5. Notes of Hotlist default to Public

    Right now, when you create a task under a contact, if the contact is assigned a security group, the task itself defaults Full Access to Public. Adjust it such that tasks created for a contact follows the contacts' security settings for Full Access and Read Access.

  6. Add in contacts

    Adding records to Maximizer through the Outlook or Gmail add-ins should honour mandatory and default field requirements. There are too many holes left in data that can be missed if this is not completed at the point of entry.

  7. Empty List upon Opening a Maximizer.

    There is a major frustration of ALL new clients I spoke with. They do not understand why their Maximizer List is Empty and where to look

    There is clearly a need to have a Flash Form or some sort of Pointer to the View -> All Entries...

    It could be done with a java script displaying an arrow to the Menus...
    or a Flash form containing Menu Item for View (we can make a checkbox not to show next time) (This is probably the easiest to implement)

  9. Default Entry for Saved Search and Column Setup

    Right now, setting up a Default Entry for Saved Searches and Column Setups is not available. Since there is already Default Entry options for Address Book, Opportunities, Customer Service, Notes, Documents, and Interactions, there should be one for Saved Searches and Column Setups

  10. Time a Task - convert to an Interaction

    Currently, the 'Time a Task' feature is a simple Note, and the timer details appear in the body of the Note.

    However, this means that if you are using the Consolidated Timeline Report, the duration of the Notes doesn't appear in the Duration column of the report - it stays just in the body of the Note.

    I would suggest changing this feature so that it is a fully fledged interaction, and can therefore be included more fully in reports.

  12. Reasonable Workflow to Add Photo to Contact

    The one place I never have a photo to add to a maximizer contact is on my computer. Yet the only way to add a photo is via upload from my computer.

    What I actually want to do is copy a photo from a web page, or copy a link to a photo from a web page, and paste into the image control. If i do have the photo on my pc, drag and drop it into the image control.

  13. Zapp for Google Contacts Needs Some Work

    exporting contacts to google contacts:
    1. Need to be able to apply a labels, so I can label all contacts that were exported from Maximizer, and I might want to apply labels like prospect, client, etc. from a field as well.
    2. need to export their photo if they have one.
    3. The default create contact for google needs to be populated with basic contact info (email 1-3, phone 1-3, mailing address).

  14. Make the phone dialing not stupid

    The current dialing is a total failure in user experience design. Cick on the phone icon and the dial menu will be populated with a different phone number, not the one you clicked on.

    What I want is to click the phone icon, and it dials the service i want. using the tel: url scheme.

    And i call call the client on signal or whats app or whatever with similar iconds. Or send a text message with appropriate icon via SMS or any other service with a url scheme for sending texts. I have a different icon for each service…

  15. Completing more than 1 task

    When completing more than 1 task you can literally watch each task being marked completed with a check mark. It is not intuitive that the user can browse away from the process and continue working in Maximizer. I suggest having the routine complete in the background similar to the Global Edit where once it is initiated the user is prompted to continue working in Maximizer

  16. Opportunities - changing Stage should trigger mandatory field check

    Currently, when changing Stage on the Details tab of an Opportunity it doesn't technically open the record for editing and therefore doesn't trigger any checks for Mandatory fields.

    The suggestion is to alter this behaviour so that setting the Stage does trigger a check for mandatory fields.

  18. Opps Viewer - unable to view 'Company' field on Opps for Individuals

    In the Opps Viewer, if an Opportunity is created against an Individual then the tile in the Opps Viewer only shows the Individual Name (in addition to Revenue, Close Date etc.).

    It doesn't recognise that the Company name is filled in for the Individual, therefore this is no option to display the Company name in the Opps Viewer.

    Could this be added as an option?

  19. Add Hotlist task Category field to column view

    The Category field in Hotlist tasks is a very useful field but is not available to add to Column views in Hotlist. For users with a large number of tasks outstanding the ability to sort their list by Category would be extremely helpful.
