Monitor interactions in Zapier
We currently poll for notes changes. We should do same for interactions. Use case is that a user has a specific type of interaction (face to face meeting) and they want to see the Last Face To Face Meeting Date in a UDF. The zap can update this like a trigger.

Dashboards - UDF ability to sort Numerically
Currently if you have a List indicator in Dashboards for a numeric UDF, it won't sort in order as by default all UDFs sort alphanumerically.
The suggestion is that Numeric UDF fields should be sorted numerically only.

Dashboard indicators for interactions
Customers want the ability to see on the dashboard the number of calls, meetings, quotes they have logged. Assuming call, meeting and quote are category values on interactions, we would like to have at least a numeric indicator of the number of interactions related to a saved interaction search catalog or a date range.

Customer Service Case from an opportunity
Ability to create Customer Service Case from an opportunity. Whereby all notes in the opportunity can be copied through into the C/S Case.

When assigning a new UDF to a listing, the program nicely narrows your search as you add characters. It DOES NOT do that when you go to search by UDF. If you added that, it would be much more streamlined.

I cannot see the description of UDF's when adding a new listing. Many of my UDF's are long. For instance Manufacturer, commercial refrigeration and Manufacturer, commercial. I can only see "Manufacturer". Please let me see the whole description.

Remove from favorite list command should filter on only lists contact is associated with
When removing a contact from a favorite list, today the CRM presents all existing favorite lists. We would prefer if this dialog restricted to just the fav lists that this contact is a part of. No reason to show others when removing.

Outlook integration
The ability to move an email from one contact to another contact, including between company and contact and household. As of right now you have to go back to your email, locate the email and add it to the correct file, then delete it from the incorrect file. If someone else sent the email, then there is nothing you can do.

Outlook integration, it would be nice if when you opened an email in Maximizer that it opened in Outlook automatically. Vs sending the message from Maximizer.

Send appointment invitation from app
Making a Maximizer user truly mobile means bringing critical desktop functionality to the app. In this case we have the option of including ics attachments and sending email invitations to contacts from the desktop but the mobile app does not currently honour this.

Address Book Timeline Report Blank
When I select some but not all Notes types, I get a blank report. See attached screenshot of my filter.

Preventing users from Deleting Opportunities should not prevent them from removing a value
Please split the security setting for allowing a user to Delete Opportunities.
Currently, if you prevent users from deleting opportunities but allow them edit privileges, they can change a value in a field but can't remove a value.
This means that once a value has been added to a field, even accidentally, there is no way for the user to remove it.
In text fields or numeric fields, you can get around it by entering a space or a zero but there is no way to remove a value from a table field without including a blank value in every…

Default search to be the case number
Only thing i would change is the default search setting to Case Number when searching for cases - customer request

Ability to filter by resources on all calendar views
Currently you can only filter by resources in the Agena and Availability views in the Calendar. In the month, week and day views, resources are not a filter but will require you to edit the appointment to see this. Would be great to have the filter available on all calendar views.
