Opportunities in "Save to Maximizer in Outlook"
When trying to save an email in outlook to a specific opportunity - I click save to maximizer - save to opportunity.
Now it wants me to search by last name or company name.
But - many of my opportunities have many different companies involved.
So - why not have the search box bring up a place to enter the Opportunity Name - which would save so much time if we don't remember the exact company that started it all?
It's an opportunity search - simplistic would be searching by opportunity name and nothing else.

"All Day" events actually make the user busy in Outlook
We've run into a few issues where "all day" events don't actually make the user "busy" on Outlook. If we manually make an event from 5am to 7pm then it will show the user as busy, so the technology is there, it's just not reflecting when we toggle the "all day" tab.

increase the email save with attachments to greater than 10 mb
Please increase the email save with attachments to greater than 10 mb. It should at least be as much as the document download limit of 50 mb.

iNTERACTIONS
Interactions when used in Customer Service Cases or Opportunities (Accounts) should generate an email notice to monitors of the case, just as Notes does. Otherwise it does not have any value over notes.

Allow more than 5000 characters in notes
The character limit of 5,000 when entering a note for a client is far too low!! I'm constantly running up against this limit and having to make other arrangement (e.g. save separate document in files, split the note into two separate notes.
This is very frustrating as it makes following a set of notes much more complicated. This problem can be alleviated by increasing the limit to 20,000 characters or more or no limit at all!

allow connection to okta for single sign on
We use Okta authentication for single sign on to all of our applications. This gives us control over MFA and password expirations across all applications. But Maximizer in the cloud does not integrate with Okta. It would be greatly beneficial if it did.

IDP-initiated login flow for SSO
Right now, with Maximizer 2021 R2, you have integration with any IDP (Azure, etc.) using SP-initiated login. Please improve this integration by including IDP-initiated login.

Automatic User Provisioning/Deprovisioning with SAML2 SSO
When a user is added to Maximizer from the IDP's side, it will automatically create the user account in Maximizer and disable the account if the user is removed from the IDP.

Indicate inbound/outbound emails in Interactions
Right now in Interactions, you can differentiate between inbound and outbound calls. Please incorporate a feature to differentiate between inbound and outbound emails.

Add the company name field to consolidated activity report details
Currently the details list only date time and note. Adding the company name to this detail report would be beneficial as you can't link to the record itself.

Use Swimlane User Interfaces
This is useful not just insales opportunities, but in a to of places.
For example, in a particular sales process be nice to see a swimlane like interface with contacts in each lane. Anytime an item transfers from one state to another (ie steps in a sales process).
I might want to look at everyone in the "call" swimlane, phone them, and then move those contacts to a "email" swimlane of a "give up" swimlane. Or I might move a task between categories like waiting for, call, email, admin.
Look to HubSpot and Trello for examples and inspiration.

Open opportunity in opportunity window from address book tab
When viewing opportunities in the address book, there should be an option to go to the selected opportunity in the opportunity window and not just open the opportunity.

I bought an upgrade to Max11, and now cannot find the custom list retrieval of lists I built. rick@jericoenergy.com
allow me access to the functions I used to have with older versions, you have hidden the "retrieve list" function so i cannot find it without paying for support.

I use Avery label #5164 - I want to set preferences to use Middle Thick paper - Maximizer doesn't allow me to do this.
Could you set up Maximizer so that different thickness of paper can be used.

Have the phone number in a edit box that can a user can “Copy and Paste” it into a Dialer.
For my sales calls, I want to use the Google dialer but there is no easy way to copy and paste the phone number into the dialer. Can you provide me an easy way to copy the phone number of a specific contact in Maximizer?

Feature Request:Ability to expand the viewing screen for the Key Fields to allow User to view entire field name as in Desktop app.
Currently in the desktop application the user has the ability to expand the viewing screen for Key Fields in order to see the entire field name. This option is not available in the WebAccess app.
