Save emails to Opps & Cases in Web Access
We should be able to save incoming and outgoing emails to opportunities and cases when using Web Access. For example at the moment we can save incoming emails to address book entries, and we can create new cases from incoming emails, but we cannot save incoming emails to existing opportunities nor to existing cases. For a long time the Windows access has provided this functionality, and many customers have come to rely on it, either for opportunities or for cases, and sometimes for both.
Saving emails to opps is now available in our Summer Release for Web Access and CRM Live!

Hi Michael, for this release, we have save emails to Opportunities only. We are planning to have save emails to have customer service cases soon as well.

I agree. This is a very important featuer. We have two locations and our satellite office is only working with the web access. However, it is important that they document all their email communication regarding current cases and opportunities.
