Email should log attachment name to notes
In Maximizer Live address book the native email functionality has the ability to log email to notes. The logged not at this point does not include reference to the attached file name. This should be included in the note so that clients can refer back to specific files which they may want to store outside of the CRM due to large size.

Either the record of the e-mail or the Note documenting that the e-mail has been sent needs to list any and all attachments that were included. Currently, the only way to verify the attachment(s) that was included with the e-mail is to save the attachment(s) itself, which is pretty silly, considering that the attachment likely originates from the sender's own hard drive. That is, he already has that file; he should not need to save a duplicate. But again, that's the only way he can verify that he did indeed include the file as an attachment to the e-mail he sent. I've often been challenged by those to whom I've sent e-mails to PROVE that I included an attachment that the recipient SAYS he did not receive. But unless I've saved the attachment itself when I send the e-mail, I have no record that I sent the attachment at all.
Maximizer Desktop listed all attachments in the Note documenting that an e-mail had been sent, so this should be nothing new to Maximizer culture. 'Sure would save a lot of cloud storage space.
